Incomplete Report: provider was complete failure. alex 07 quit the job and kept my deposit. Bad programmer, childish attitude, I would never recommend this freelancer, he should be banned from all work sites.
 » alex07's reply: It is very hard (no, it is impossible) to complete project, when it's requriments change very often. This was something like "I want this feature, I need this changed later" and so on after we both agreed on requriments. And it seemed to continue forever. I just wasted my time.
