I asked him to do a few things (pretty basic) but he came back with stunningly impressive stats which really got me thinking on other marketing avenues. In doing so, I requested him to do more than what we had agreed. I expected him to grudge/grumble but to my surprise he treated each request like he was starting the project from scratch with a lot of enthusiasm.
