Comments: Our rating: 3/10 10 meaning very organized code, that is well-thought out, and expandable. 5 meaning fully-functional code, minor bugs, not expandable - but meets all requirements. 0 meaning code not functional at all. Skill level: They are ok for small projects, but I cannot recommend them for medium - to large projects as their work-method, skill-level, and technique are simply not organized, nor experienced enough to handle complex workflows. Communication: Communication was OK - though at times frustrating. Evident that at times they don't completely read project specifications nor comments. Project completion: Could not complete our project. Had to end project early as it was evident the project was out of their abilities. They were however professional enough to offer to fix the bugs - but our patience simply ran out. Conclusion: If you require basic back-end work (one database) or simple dynamic work, they can handle it otherwise, I would think twice.

Comments: Based on what I've read here I expected much more. Definitely not experienced enough to modify existing code, and not willing to admit that fact. Wasted over 4 hours of my time explaining the same thing over and over.
