Comments: Absolutely the worst free lance experience that we have encountered. Within a few short months the site completely malfunctioned. Requested technical direction and William's reply was that he did not write the application and could not help: Knowing this ahead of time we could have made an Educated decision and would not have chosen this provider for our project. The reason for posting this feedback (aside from GAF's encouragement to do so), is so that all will know that William is in NO way associated with our new site or ANY of the functions and attributes therein. We lost thousands of dollars and over one years time because of selecting this provider based on his stated qualifications and promises. Never again!
