Comments: Krishanu Dutta did our project. Coding of this project met our requirements. Altough it took an additional day, it's like we want it to be in the end. Chat via GTalk worked out well. One lesson we've learned is to add a sandbox requirement in the project initiation as well. During coding, our customers were not able to navigate. At the end of the working day he put the original menu back to maintain accessibility of our website. We decided to temporary switch dns settings to our old website in order to prevent more downtime.

I think they have put logos and templates from different designers and put up in thier portfolio. Their name should be lateandworst. As they told me that the project will be completed within 7 days, still its over 1 month and 12 days and the project is not even started. These people are just thiefs and cheaters. One should be ultra cautious working with them. A Complete DISSAPPOINTMENT for me. NOBODY should ever work with them. One should not go with the things they say when selecting the project. Its all completely false.

After winning the project, they started work soon, but we had to recognize, that the solutions, they did provide, were only standard solutions and that they were not really able to individualize them and to provide really professional solutions. The project should be finished within 11 days, now, after 16 WEEKS we are cancelling it, as we do not have any hope to get it finished to our satisfaction. Do not deal with those guys.

The project had a very bad start; mistakes were made impacting our live site, little communication, not doing what was requested and delivered very late. Incomplete Report: Worst service ever had. A sudden email, 3 weeks after starting the coding, stating they could not continue this project. The support is horrible and I've been in contact with the developer and never told me anything more then....STILL WORKING, BYE. My company lost precious time and lots of money with this provider. My project's description was very clear and even posted all files explaining the coding to do with picture and text. Seems that they don't take the time to read before bidding and accepting projects. Be careful.

Sadly this time I can't, but hopefully next time. Our constructive criticism; online projects, communication and project updates are key on both sides. I still have unanswered question but they asked me to write feedback so I am doing so. Many times work was said to be complete when it wasn't and update replies were slow. It did take a bit more time than was expected, but not enough to stress about. This is a large, very capable business but there are pro's and con's of this. Positive - They went way above and beyond what was scoped in the project with no hesitation. The designer was impressively able to program changes and improvement effectively. While the "cheapestandbest" people worked with us on several revisions, our requirements/wishes were very poorly met, and the quality of the logo provided is FAR FAR FAR less quality than those provided on "cheapestandbest's" portfolio. On a positive note, it was a consistent one day turn around on the revisions. We would send ideas at night, and have the logos the next day. However, in the end, we wound up settling for a logo that we are not very happy with, and we are DEFINITELY still searching for a new logo design from a different provider.

Comments: This is the forth site that they have done for me. I didn't think it was possible, but once again they exceeded my expectations! Quality, professionalism and all done in a timely matter- Cheapestandbest truly is what the their name says!

Comments: this wasn't completed by due date, although it did take me while to get the artwork to them... then i had to pay $200 extra for them to use my artwork, i thought it was already stated in the job that i would provide artwork. I also stated it would be a bank payment gateway not paypal. I was often told 'everythings done' by my assigned programmer but it wasn't. My client was really putting alot of pressure on me and I felt very nervous, every time he would ring I wouldn't know what to tell him when he asked if the site would be finished. In the end the cart looks as it should and works well. I and my client are very happy with the end result. I am not sure if my client will use me again though if he has another project which is a bit dissappointing.

Comments: Reviews were completed until the job was finished. The work was completed on my server so i had no backup in the event of a failure.. and I did have a data wipe by accident but the provider only charged $100 to start the work again. Recommend doing backups of data to avoide additional charges but other than that this was a top class job and I would look to use these people again in the near future.

Comments: Very efficient, and great price. Installed shopping cart / checkout with ease, and promptly. These guys have a great communication interface (web-based). Work in Indian time, so there may be communication delays if you're not up very late in the US. Overall, a great experience.

Timelines and Ideas were discussed, They agreed to do the project, they then sat on the project for 4 days and then were rude and demanding when we were unable to provide revisions in the time frames they expected. After we were unable to provide revisions, everyday they sent messages harassing for updates. At this time, this company is not recommended from us, unless you want to work for them , instead of them working for you, which is how the freelancer system works.
