Incomplete Report: The Provider fail to deliver again. After submitting the first update, he went missing without any news nor reply for 2 weeks. He only responded when a dispute is raised against him to cancel escrow. He just don't deserve and will never appreciate the 2nd chance given to him to prove himself. I wouldn't waste my time on him again.

Incomplete Report: The freelancer do has nice portfolio and seems experience in Flash Coding but when the actual project started, it has never seems to progress much with lots of excuse for delay. The provider could gone missing for weeks before returning with yet another excuse. The Provider yet to reply our last message after waited for weeks but is actively bidding and taking other projects. Beware of provider who take multiple projects and never deliver to schedule.
