Incomplete Report: I would like to report this project as a failed one, I have tried to contact Chishti via Yahoo IM and also via message on the GAF board, the project was due within 1 day and has not been completed, the CSS is not IE compliant, the PHP within the existing pages has NOT been transferred to the new layout as discussed. I would like to offer this to a more reliable freelancer.
 » Chishti's reply: This man is very clever,after getting work on his server,first he closed the FTP information and then trying to cancel the project so that he can get money back from escrow. Unbelievable!!!
