Incomplete Report: Requested 25% upfront and 75% escrow. Project started off okay but he consistently seemed like he didn't have time. I tried not to pressure him so my project wouldn't come out disgusting but towards the end there was absolutely no progress (and no communication). Finally I decided that unless he has at least a graphic template that we can agree on ready, I have to cancel this. He emailed me saying he is close to finishing so he can either finish or return half of my escrow. I gave him one more day, to no resolve, and cancelled. Not to mention my 25% is lost and I have nothing to show for it. All in all a terrible experience.

Incomplete Report: After seeing complete details for the job he asked for full payment in escrow. I paid the escrow and then he said he didn't have any time for my very small job. Poor or non existent communication and a complete waste of my time and advertising on here at all.

Comments: This guy is better than excellent service is rated 50 out of 10! He was fast to work and quick to alter for my needs. He spent a greate deal of time with some trial and error work with me to get the bitrate perfect. Above and beyond the work required, so much so i kept feeling i should pay him more! Any other coder would be hard pressed to get my future jobs as i will always be asking him first, its so hard to find somebody so good for such a good price, who works at such speed. And to get him first time was a bonus!

 » Jam87's reply: Incredibly vaige aims, repeatedly changed the breif to accomodate for extra features he wanted. Wasted alot of my time with unrealistic goals and changed those which he had given me.
