Comments: There are two types of people who will REALLY appreciate Oxyk – those who are coders themselves (and who recognize tight, well-written code), and those who are total newbies. I fall into the latter category. Oxyk did a BEAUTIFUL job on our site! She was incredibly patient with me and taught me how to use the features she coded. She guided me through the process of bringing the site live and let me know what my options were. Even though she could have, Oxyk didn’t recommend what was EASIEST FOR HER to code … she recommended what was BEST FOR ME. How rare! She communicated reliably every step of the way and optimized the site so that it would load quickly. She implemented security features I didn’t even know I needed. I can’t say enough good things about Oxyk and the job she did. On a scale of 1 to 10, Oxyk is a 20!!! Paid with thanks & bonus!

Comments: Oxy is a rare find, on this or any other freelance board; she has excellent technical skills; high standards for clean, valid code; an exceptional work ethic; strong communication and design skills, plus the ability to improve your end product by having been part of the team. In addition to numerous standalone projects, I've come to rely on her as a project lead: she keeps my other freelance developers on task, holds them accountable for quality work product, and makes sure I'm not taken advantage of by unscrupulous or unskilled providers. Oxy has a very valuable 'peripheral vision', the ability to see the wide range of technical issues that affect the success of any given project, whether it's related to usability, interface, resources, or interoperability. This review is not just relative to the attached project, it is the product of a four month period during which I've worked with her daily, a span in which her sole focus has been providing the best solutions to my needs.

Comments: WOW! This guy is a CSS ninja! seriously, I had CSS issue that I had paid two other people big money to try and fix, like $100 an hour. After several hours later both finished with crappy half done results insisting it couldn't be done. I was several hundred dollars out of pocket and the results were poor. Oxyk came in and solved that issue as just another small part of this project, took him 15 minutes, he didn't even see it as a big deal. The guy really knows his stuff. If talent wasn't enough he is also a conscientious guy, he obviously takes pride in his work and is quick to communicate. Pick him you will be pleased you did.

Comments: Highly recommended. Very good knowledge of CSS and its IE variations. Responses were timely and in good English. It was a small but annoying problem that was solved quickly. Would cerainly use again.
