Comments: This project was a disaster. The client was very flexible about how much he wanted done for the price and was very nice about payment but then when the work was finished he was not happy. He called me a crook and a liar. Called my work sorry, etc. There was a delay in finishing the work and I compensated him by giving more than he paid for. I provided a fully functioning five-page website driven by a database for his products and orders. I did all of this for $300. Those of you that have worked with me know that my hourly rate is high. I tried to help this guy out and he lashed out at me as the bad guy.
 » greatangles's reply: To this day bsoist insists that not only is the work completed, he did even more than he bid on. I think that’s fantastic. I haven’t received anything. I was shown an incomplete semi-working page that wouldn’t even work with Internet Explorer (WOW). Now into our 4th month Bill keeps insisting the work is done and he will hand it over but hasn’t handed over a thing. This provider is BUYER BEWARE. After paying $300 I have received absolutely NOTHING and I mean not one single solitary line of code. I have never been given any explanation why the 4 month delay. He hasn’t asked a thing of me since the project was in about its 3rd week. As the GAF deadline approached for me to give feedback, I begged bsoist hoping he would hand over what he claims he has done. bsois never asked for time or help, he just quit communicating. Walk away if he bids then asks for more money and NEVER prepay.
