Comments: GREAT WORK AND IT WAS DONE ON TIME!@ THIS TENDS TO BE AN ISSUE FOR SOME GAF PROVIDERS, BUT THIS PROVIDER WAS EARLY AND WE APPRECIATE IT! I WILL BE DOING A LOT MORE WORK WITH THEM!

Comments: I wish I had hired Robert a month ago. Right away, he assured me my project would be finished, but what he didn't expect is how difficult it actually was, especially as he neared the end. These audios were difficult at best to understand, not only in sound but also the main speaker was a non-native English speaker. His transcriptions were very good with great detail to grammar and correct spelling, as well, as his judgement to edit content. His punctuation was excellent. He was timely in giving me content and checked in daily letting me know about any problems with the audio. Thanks, Robert, working with you was a joy and it lowered my stress level a lot. I feel I got the job done with excellent results considering what we had to work with. Thank you!
