Tanicos turned our site into an instant success - indeed, we are even looking into contracting a 24/7 Call Center. Comments: I amazed at the quality of work Tanicos and his team provides. The breadth of knowledge is outstanding. I also appreciate how they went out of their way to help me with some urgent issues. Communication is outstanding. I like to communicate via email since I can do other tasks at the same time and email response turnaround is great. In addition, I am told in advance when there will be problems and when email responses will be delayed. You can't go wrong with Tanicos.... I am very pleased and will work with them again. The ecommerce website is fantastic. Everything works great and the site is modular and well-written so that future upgrades can be done without hassle. Spectacular!
