Comments: There were some hiccups regarding the agreed payment amount and how much was paid (less payment) at the end. Content work isn't like ice-cream, its like Vintage Wine....richer the taste, the more expensive it is. You do know what we mean here , right Charles! :-)

» clookid's answer: Yes, but once you have drunken the wine - the company can not then charge you more for it. I'll admit this much. Upon further requests, I would not like to deal with three different managers (I don't even see why you need three - waiting 12 hours for some response is nothing, after all, it took you 48 hours to add this feedback) - I would much prefer that I could deal with the same one for all projects. The 5 day turnaround time was later changed to 7 days. You also stated that DIY articles were to cost $5.00, and later changed such pricing to $6.00. The escrow payment that was made catered for 10 window replacement articles ($60.00) and a Power Tools article ($8.00 - which was more than the final agreement, considering the word count only reached 600 words and should have cost $6.00). So really, I overpaid by $1.00 - that does not bother me, but the way that this feedback is worded does three times over.
