Comments: This is the first project that I had AHT work on for me. I am very happy with the outcome. It was a design project and I received the mock-up within 24 hours, as they had promised. The first mock-up was very good, but needed some changes. AHT was very quick to make the changes. After the first round of changes, I only had very small changes and the turnaround was always within a few hours. I was very impressed with the service and the quality of work. I will be using AHT for other projects as well. I highly recommend this company.

 » ahtsolutions's reply: It is so intolerant of IPPLAYER that left a comment as Incomplete even when we didn't start his project yet. It was only one day after we had accepted his project then he supplied us with other necessary materials and tools to access to his scope of project. It is totally logical that we must review his spec more carefully and adjust the bid rate to best reflect his changes. All the url's he provided to impact his intention were inactive. After we had claimed to him about that, he sent us access to his files on which we based to deliver a more accurate proposal and the price was relevant to what we would be involving in to execute his project. Then came his feedback. We believe he is competent enough to understand this situation, ie. he can refuse our quote and look for another provider who is able to give him a better price (it also means he can bargain with another provider over the price). Take care!

Comments: Not a very good experience. They are Martin and Celine are nice people and try very hard to get things done but still now, my project has bugs. This was to be completed within 3 days, even a week would have been OK! But now its 2 weeks since Sep 19th. And my forms still have problems, minor problems but still problems. I would expect programmers to fully check and make sure things work perfectly before delivering the product. I think they are good programmers and nice people and I wish I could have left them a 10+ and bonus but I am now late, today was the deadline and my client is blasting my head off. Thanks for your efforts.
