Incomplete Report: The provider TheLabWeb messed me about for 3 weeks, I moved the deadline twice for them to enable them to complete but they did not complete, they perhaps started for 1 day but clearly had no intention of completing the work, they also took 25% of the project value from me.

Incomplete Report: Took a 7 days to tell me he could not fix the script issue for the original price. Nice enough guy but wasted my time.
 » pledgedmedia's reply: Good communicator but he was not clear about what he wanted when he began the project. When his original objective was determined impossible I proposed an alternative but he did not want to pay for it. I did not bill him for time lost, and he cancelled the project. Bad business ethics, its a mystery to me how these people are building computers.

Incomplete Report: Started project and completed the first phase and then disappeared during the second phase. I've made several attempts to contact him but he has not responded nor has he forwarded the work that has been done on the second phase thus far. He has already received partial payment for the second phase. I am extremely disappointed.

Comments: Mike provided a very prompt and competitive Offer, and completed the Project to time, and fully functional. We worked together via Yahoo Messenger to discuss the requirements, which Mike fully understood. Overall, considering the time difference, the Project was a complete success and I fully recommend Mike. I will certainly discuss future Projects with him, and work with him again should the requirements be there. Highly recommended.

Comments: Excellent work. He finished the whole project in a professionally manner.Communication was exceptional, as soon as I had a question he clarified it right away. Not only that he finished what I asked but he also gave me valuable advise in what else needs to be done. Every day I had peace of mind that the project will get done as requested. I will definitely use him again.
