Comments: YMS web solution promised us the completion of website in 12 days however it took almost 32 days to complete the project. The quality of the work is excellent however the time delays are huge. We detected the lack of committment from the team. In addition when we requested few revision YMS websolution decided to increase the price of the project half way. These are not the normal practice in GAF projects. This demonstrated the lack of committment and flexibility within YMS websolution. If you were to choose this provider be prepared for delays and lack of committment. I would recommned to be firm and pushy during the project. If you are willing to compromise the time with quality I would recommed to go ahead with this provider.

» ymswebsolutions's answer: His name is Taka. He posted everything lie in feedback. I didn't delayed on his project. He delayed from himself. He sent my lots of revisions I have never seen this type of service buyer on GAF. I have all proofs available on my email. I have shown him 3 different mockup designs on his request and I did all the revisions he sent still he gave me negative feedback. I would say to all service provider on GAF don't choose this service buyer he will not pay of extra work and he will give many many revisions and give irritations. If anyone want to see his private discussion I can show him personally and also can show him all the revisions and extra work which I have provided free of cost.

Comments: Stressful to work with since I had to frequently remind that "I am still there" to get any results. Result itself was - without any doubt - of an outstanding price / quality ratio. All in all I am a bit disappointed about the service quality in general but would consider to take this service provider again (now knowing which time frame I have to calculate with).
