Incomplete Report: I offered extra for him to complete within three, it was three days! This job was a simple create image (scan/ photoshopped sample provided). All he had to do was create that in vector format, but couldn't. All the time got chewed up telling him each time - No it's isn't right - then when I finally get the layered files, i see it's all done dogey, so each section can't have it's own shading applied. - NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Comments: Picked him based on his high rating, portfolio & customer's reviews but I was somehow disappointed. Logotrak is fast, friendly, he does know how to use software, he can produce many mockups very quickly, but do not expect something you can get from pro. Hi is simply not on this level at this moment (but we all learn every day, right). And he definitely does have potential. The problem is the QUALITY of his work. You may find different font sizes in one word, different distance between letters, missing shadow for some elements of the logo, etc. Obvious things you can easily notice. And you'll need to verify every step and walk him thru each step. I ended up giving him my variant of logo and corrected all these problems by myself - simply because I spent more time verifying his work and awaiting for corrections. However I still can recommend this provider for small projects but be prepared to control the results and double-check the final work magnifying it in editor.

I am slipping my dead lines of the project and today I had to present the mock ups to the client for his reviews and comments but LOGOTRAK has not provided me any material. I have already provided them all the material and guided them about my idea how I want the project to be done and which type of graphics are required.

Incomplete Report: Project was not as described, I asked for a complete website not a picture of a website logotrak tried to sell me a picture of my site revised for 149 dollars, i dont know what he was thinking as i paid 49 dollars for the logos from him which were excellent. We had someone else make the site for us and completed as you can see www.acmgprofits.com logotrak has slowed me down, tremendously costing me thousands of dollars in lost revenue. BEWARE!!!

Incomplete Report: This provider showed me a very fancy and unique portfolio and I was impressed. However his samples looked like a child created them in Microsoft Word with clip art and one of the samples was the logo design of a major movie production company. VERY POOR WORK - no originality!
