Incomplete Report: kodgkffc knows his stuff and I'm very disappointed I was forced to cancel this project as I am sure he would have done a great job but his behavior left me with no choice. kodgkffc clearly and specifically agreed a fixed price prior to being awarded the project. Upon winning it and with not a single change in scope, he told me the price may increase by an additional 40%. Amazingly he still claimed that the price was fixed. This was a classic Bait-and-Switch. I'm sorry I ignored his other negative feedback prior to awarding him the project. Instead I am out of pocket my listing fee and have a bitter taste in my mouth. Beware.

 » kodgkffc's reply: Basically if you hire this 'freelancer' for any of your projects he will simply outsource it to an other freelancer. His skills are comparable to Paint. He is the middle man of each project you hire him for. Don't go out of your way when you can work with a real developer and not someone who's secretly pretending to be doing it. Service buyers beware before you hire this guy for any project. Save your money!
