Comments: He really was excellent for this project; he asked intelligent questions and was diligent in his work. I was impressed that he didn't just assume anything, but instead asked me relevant questions to ensure that he did his work right the first time. I'm providing a 9 out of 10 rather than 10 out of 10 because he did run over the timeframe; but I believe him when he says that he had a computer break on him. I've sure had enough broken computers in my life! I will say that when he ran into a snag, he was terrific for keeping me informed along the way. A great guy, and I'm glad to have him working for me.

Comments: Fantastic work from this service provider! More importantly, great communications. Anytime he wasn't sure of how to proceed, he asked. Which I prefer as I never appreciate having to try to predict what I didn't teach/explain properly. The work was done quickly... he even made suggestions of how to improve the process (which I appreciate and, in fact, we implemented). Certainly recommend this provider and I ended up paying him a small bonus as a thank you.
