Comments: Unfortunately, I had a very, very bad experience with Mark. He made me look like a complete fool to my management group for hiring him. The projects were totally behind schedule and unfortunately I had to junk all of them (even before I paid him) because the design work was so late. Horrifying experience and a total disappointment.

Repeat clients and referrals flowed through the door during the Holidays and I was unusually booked up to the hilt. I inevitably found myself up at 3am every night trying to finish 'sudden emergencies' and have since learned how to say no to client requests and not make promises I can't fulfill later. Please note that I have taken ownership, apologized, and sent full refunds to both clients who have been unjustly affected. Thank-you!

Comments: I am so sorry to have to give illusion even a 1 which is probably a more generous rating than he, Mark, deserves. I selected him because of his past record of success in projects but unfortunately, he failed to deliver anything. He was supposed to design a website which was relatively a simple one. The first deadline was for 3 weeks even though he promised to deliver it in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks with nothing to show, I had to select another provider who did it in 2 days.

All I can say to buyers is if you use Mark, you will not be disappointed. Another huge spin-off I have discovered is that each job widens the networking net which you will instantly become a part of when Mark is the provider of your requirements and that is absolutely priceless!
