Comments: Carlos did a good job at first, communication was constant. Then he vanished when I had problems with the site (within a couple days) Also, he has the password to the forum for my site and has not shared it with me, so at this point, my forum is useless to me. I give him a 5 because I feel like he only did 1/2 of the job. Wish I could get 1/2 the $$ back, I had to pay someone else to fix his white space mistakes.
 » CarlosR's reply: The Forum was an Issue with the clients server being window based and he asked for a PHP forum and I resolved the issue after she switched to a linux server
