Incomplete Report: stephhw01 has been absent and unresponsive for 3-4 days at a time. I told him that I posted the project on another freelance site and he begged me to let him complete. That was 3 days ago. The entire project was bid to be completed in 2 days. It's been 6 days since I chose him for the project. He has troubles I'm sure.

Comments: THIS IS THE WORST (PROVIDER) I HAVE EVER SEEN (BIG SCAMMER)! I HAVE RELEASED THE FULL PAYMENT BY GAF ESCROW BECAUSE HE HAD DONE SOME DEMOS AND REQUESTED THE PAYMENT URGENTLY. HE HAS THEN REQUESTED ME TO SEND HIM THE MONEY BY WESTERN UNION THE SAME DAY TO, I QUOTE: (stephhw01:: I need to pay my rent otherwise I will lose my apart). I TOLD HIM THAT HE HAS ALREADY RECEIVED THE PAYMENT BY GAF AS AGREED EARLIER BUT NOW HE DOES NOT REPLY AT ALL?? AND I DIDNT RECEIVE THE SCRIPT I HAD ORDERED. HE IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMER I HAVE EVER SEEN ON GAF! SHAME ON YOU STEPHANE!!

Incomplete Report: This is an untrustable provider, after 36 hour i'm still waiting the promised script. He asked me for money to pay his membership and now that i closed the prj he still didnt give me back my money. This is once of providers that let loose time and money too. This was an urgent prj and i loose a local client cause he fail to do this project on time. After many promises he said to close the prj and give me back my money. Still waiting. Not professional!

Comments: This guy didn't deliver anything and I didn't hear anything from him. Tried to contact him several times without success. He said "I can handle this job as well for ONLY $250 in ONLY 2 DAYS...Speed and Quality job coupled with good communication is the cornerstone of my service.", but it was all a lie. After a while he even said "I need some money tomorrow to meet my rent deadline...". So now I should help him with his rent. I guess he just tries to get some quick money out of people without really delivering anything.

Comments: Not happy with work. He didnt complete the job. I gave him several chances. I lost money, I paid him to upload the software to my server and after 3 attempts, I give up. Beware.
