Incomplete Report: worst programmer I ever seen he will insist you pay full in escrow then use all kinds excuse to ask you release payment even his beta version not working never deal with this scammer don't waste ur time and money
 » octavioc's reply: I never asked for full escrow release, and no money was take from this user because the project payment was setup trough the escrow system. I developed and delivered the application on time; and after 20 days the buyer was not even tried it and he was requesting for modifications not specified on the agreed quote.
