Comments: Buyer communicates well but very slow. the project was suppose to be completed in days but it was paid after 4 months. I think he should make communication a little bit faster he should be a good buyer.

» domain102's answer: Though, initial site was completed within 7 days. The initial submission had many bugs. Richard (dice8up) usually reply to emails within a few days but expect reply immediately. Hence, there is no slowness in communication. It was obvious that richard's knowledge in oscommerce was limited as many times, I had to look for solution myself. Even simple issues such as image sizing, I had to resolve on my own. I did not leave negative feedback out of courtesy. Paid only project was deemed satisfactory as I was concerned that dice8up would not respond after payment was made. After payment was made, diceup refused to answer emails after more bugs were detected. Excercise caution when choosing diceup for oscommerce project due to richard's limited knowledge.
