Incomplete Report: I had clear instructions on the project before selecting this service provide and was told at first that the work can be done in an hour. I was then told once the project was rewarded that this will be done within the day. I stressed the importance of getting this project finished because this a very successful site and I need it fixed soon. This provider was not able to deliver on what was promised.
 » zeke's reply: The worst buyer I've ever seen. I received invalid FTP account user/password from him, after that he disappeared for about 15 hours. The next morning he posted this incomplete feedback. Very incompetent buyer, and his web site is a scam web site where he asks $200 in order to participate in some kind of piramide program.

It's overall very pleasant to work with him. I asked for the script to be done in 3 days, he promised 2, though he finished at 4th date, it's still acceptable since he got everything nailed and programming/debugging always takes one or 2 days more or less. Highly recommended! will definitely refer to friends and give zeke future projects.

I posted this message on PMB on 02-17-2009 05:05 EST: "Please reply to my emails, I do not understand are you still interested in this project or not? It's more than a week now since I posted link to demo, no escrow made and no reply." And then, after the whole month on 03-13-2009 06:10 EDT he posted this message: "sorry for the delay I was away, yes I'm still interested in the project." No escrow was made, he asked me to send him project, when I said that I will do it immediately after he puts payment into GAF escrow he posted this Incomplete Report. This is a very bad buyer because it was he who delayed for more than a month. As a result he left me with no payment and with this Incomplete Report. I do not recommend to do business with this buyer.

Incomplete Report: Deadline crossed 3 times (now it's 22.12.2008) and program still has errors and quit with random error messages after about 100 URL-s so it's not completed as stated in my JOB description - author refuse to fix it until he receive the payment
 » zeke's reply: If you belive him download my bot here: 85 . 95 . 173 . 127 / bots / gaf_report.tgz (remove spaces) and try it on your own. I can do anything with it as we didn't sign any non-disclosure agreement as part of the project, so copyright to this product belongs to me. You need PHP with gd and curl extensions. Make pages and tmp folders writeable by the process. List URLs to post in url_list.txt file. Run `php max.php` and look into pages directory for proof that it works. Open project and invite me if you are interested in my professional OCR service. My program works very fine. The problem is with buyer who can't install/configure PHP/gd/curl appropriately. I have sent him many emails with step by step tutorial but he refused to release escrow payment. I have already reported this case to GAF and started a dispute. Hopefully GAF stuff will make correct decision.

Incomplete Report: Zeke accepted project on 11-03-2008 22:01, he quoted 2 days and promised to start immediately. The specs were comprehensive with a URL example. On 11-04-2008 04:19 Zeke asked for my skype which I gave along with my email address on 11-04-2008 15:03. On 11-08-2008 18:13, already 3 days late, Zeke said he couldn't find me on Skype. However this was a weekend when I don't work; also there is a time difference. He did not try email me at all. However on 11-09-2008 16:43 I posted a full reply to Zeke, which he did not reply to. Now he asks to cancel the project because I "have not communicated" but as you can see I have responded within 24 hours to all of his posts. I think he is making this an excuse for his failure to do the project after bidding on it; Zeke is now 6 days late and from his comments probably hasn't even started. I suspect that instances like this allow people to manipulate their ratings in GAF; certaily I believe I have been professional. Thanks
 » zeke's reply: aksmith accepted by bid and gave me incomplete project specification along with not working MySQL account. I asked him to discuss details on skype, he gave me his skype account. I've seen him online only once. He said that this problem with MySQL account should be fixed within several hours and asked me to wait 1 day until he sends new layout. After that he just disappeared. I was not able to start because I could not access his websites's database. Tried to contact him via email several times, everytime his reply was similar: "Please wait till tomorrow, I am very busy now. I will contact you in skype", etc. I decided to cancel the project. I honestly cancelled the escrow payment. Why is he allowed to post here if no payment was made?

Incomplete Report: Very incompetent provider. he stopped contact after the second day he took on the work, rubbish communicator with no sense of responsibility. He had bad reviews before this from another buyer; however I went against the odds and gave him the job. Be very careful what type of work you give to this provider. He might let you down like he let me down.
