Incomplete Report: Most regrettable selection ever. Claimed www.handydeck.com/handydeck02/ as his own design which happens to be a lie with this www.bhuratea.com/ being truly his design style. With such the stage was set for a complete project failure. He applied flat non-creativity to basic stuff and even while i was willing to change everything myself afterward he started being very rude claiming to be a professional working with frontpage and notepad while me working with Dreamweaver and Notepad++ didn't ring a bell to him. He failed to realise that i'm well aware of both coding and design aspects but rather outsource it all to providers. Another provider give him a "1" rate and when i asked him why, he told me that it was a "professional" that outsources his jobs and being unfair to him. I believed him and fell for it, now i guess i would have give him a "0" if this was possible. If you want creativity i do not believe this is your guy no matter the arguments he uses.

Incomplete Report: I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with him to find out what is going and and he hasnt gotten back to me. He said he would do it in a day and it has been two, and still no word. This job should take 20 minutes at the most for someone who knows what they are doing. He looks like someone who is learning how to do basic program operations on other peoples time.

Comments: If I could give higher marks, I would! Did an outstanding job, worked through a friday evening and saturday, because I couldn't respond immediately to updates due to meetings. Did a fantastic job, was very patient and even after paid and the customer wanted a change, came back and made the file changes without any hesitation and within minutes of my request. I would recommend and use this freelancer again.
