 » BlueCapricon's reply: Off course it cant be. Guy wanted a copy writing service along with designing and a designer is not a technical writer which i told him but he didn't make any help in writing content for me. Result was messy content which i told him again but all useless. In that case any and every provider can produce the same. As in other bids i saw on this project, many of the providers told him the same thing about designing and technical writing things before but he didn't bothered. I pray for him to find a designer with technical writing skills who can produce best results under no support from him like he did before.
