Incomplete Report: Francine did write this article as described, although after she got paid 50% for the next bigger project she basically despaired, I have not heard from her since April 16th, no a single word and of course no money back or articles either. Has anyone been able to locate her? Her work is great and I hope she is ok, but still, the way she took off without any explanation is not acceptable. admin[at]askfrank[dot]net

Incomplete Report: Awarded project on 2/13 and Francine quoted 3 days to complete. It's 9 days later, and I still have not heard from her, or received any articles. Deadline has passed & writer is not responding to my emails. Writer she would send me the first article to approve. Never received anything to approve. The lack of communication & non-delivery is very disappointing, since she did a good job last time. I have a deadline to meet, and cannot continue waiting.
 » francine's reply: I was hospitalized due to a serious kidney and had no way to communicate that I was indisposed as I had no access to a computer in the hospital and did not come home until Monday afternoon on the 23rd. I entered the hospital during the early hours of the morning on Thursday the 18th.
