Incomplete Report: Very unprofessional. I agreed to an increase in his bid price. He accepted full details of the project stating it would be complete in a week. I tried to contact him a week later. No reply. 10+ messages went unreplied, tried to contact him through Facebook, LinkedIN and Yahoo messenger. He ignored it all. He did not have the courtesy to simply state he was no longer interested. Last straw was learning that he was bidding on other projects and so there was no question that he had received all the messages. Now I have wasted two weeks and have to relist the project. Uninmpressed.

Comments: Gerald did a PHENOMENAL job completing my project. I hired two providers to complete my project (one from Elance and one from GAF), and both failed. Gerald, however, came along with an extremely reasonable price and solved my problem immediately. He responded to my emails quickly, and was able to answer every question I asked him. From now on, I will not hire anybody for programming before consulting Gerald and seeing if he can complete the job first.

Comments: The Madprogrammer is absolutely the BEST programmer I've ever worked with - period. And I've worked with lots of programmers on many assignments. He was patient, hardworking, paid attention to detail, quickly grasp what I was trying to accomplish, he finished the project on time, and he made recommendations that made the software even better than I had imagined before I posted the project. Simply unbelievable! In all honesty, I had reservations about hiring this programmer because he didn't have a lot of feedback. But I'm extremely happy, fortunate and lucky that I took a chance and gave him the job. Actually, I'd give this guy a 20 if I could. Yes, he's THAT good. All of my work now goes to him.
