Incomplete Report: This service provider has not done any work on my project that I have seen. He lied about e-mailing me and being in communication and the two communications i have received from him have been very rude. I, like a fool, decided to trust him and agreed to another extension for the job, and on the day before it's due, he tells me he needs yet more time. Now mind you, I still haven't seen any work, nor proof this guy really exists. I've worked with many providers on GAF. This fellow is horrible -- my worst experience. Do not hire this person unless you are willing to have no work to show for your time and money. He has clearly doctored his feedback to eliminate all negative comments. Proceed with caution!

Incomplete Report: Jitinder seemed to have no real experience when it came to building a website. Templates were used, pages were created that I never asked for. All in all an awful job. The communication from Jitinder was terrible, I had to constantly chase for an update. After the 10 day time limit was reached he was unable to produce a finished result even after I supplied a full specification document. This is a 1 man band, there is not a 'team' of people working on this. The knowledge specified by him on his profile is extremely over-rated and simply not true. I work in the IT industry and I know it very well. You do not want this person working on any project. He might be fine for the odd touch up job or single static webpage, but for nothing else. I have since released him from this project and found somebody in the UK to complete my project at a higher price, but as goes the saying... if you pay peanuts, then you'll get monkeys. Never again.

Incomplete Report: This provider has failed to follow through on one deliverable after 21 days in a 30 day timeline. He asked for a 20% deposit upfront, which I unfortunately agreed to. He repeatedly gave me excuses for why he was taking so long and dragged out the process even longer than necessary. He wasted my time, took my money, and finally disappeared with his last words being 'I'm working on it now". I am a professional. I have no doubt on the clarity of my project brief, the assets I delivered, and my committed accessibility. Unfortunately, I am not a professional buyer on GAF. This experience has left me flabbergasted at the extent that providers will go to take an honest buyers money. I just hope that there is a way to filter these people out in the future. Due to my time constraints, I plan to repost a small portion of my project on GAF again. The rest I will source locally.

Comments: The first I've worked with who actually knew what he was doing. Good understanding of English, It seemed as if I was talking to a native speaker. He did way more than what I expected, solved problems before I knew they existed, and I didn't have to "hold his hand" on every detail. My only complaint is he didn't seem to take his own timeline very seriously, but worked steadily after he got started. I will definetly hire him on future projects.
