Comments: The first I've worked with who actually knew what he was doing. Good understanding of English, It seemed as if I was talking to a native speaker. He did way more than what I expected, solved problems before I knew they existed, and I didn't have to "hold his hand" on every detail. My only complaint is he didn't seem to take his own timeline very seriously, but worked steadily after he got started. I will definetly hire him on future projects. For all those out there who are frustrated by unqualified bidders, jtender is definetely your man!
