Incomplete Report: I did not worked with jocu before. I have no personal opion on him. I can just say, i choosed him as service provider on friday, on monday i had still not got any contact from him. For that reason i am not working with him and cancelled project. Why bid on a project if you are not interested and get a bad review? Stupid.
