Comments: Does not follow directions well. Had to repeat a request 4 or 5 times. He would respond and ignore my question like it was never asked. Yelled at me and had a nasty attitude. To add injury into insult...he kept an escrow I deposited into his account on mistake. Didn't release it until he saw an Incomplete Project Report. Steer Clear.
