Comments: As before, Martha was there to help me when I needed it. I like to get things done right away and she is on my day schedule here in the US. I usually end up having to do this late night when I’m tired and not 100% attentive. Absolutely excellent communications. No English language barrier whatsoever. Also, the thing that drives me crazy with just about everyone else. She doesn’t pester me about payment and a review the whole time. When the job is done, I pay promptly. I don’t need to be reminded. And I give cash bonuses to those who don’t rub me the wrong way with the constant reminders. Let’s just say, Martha has no problem getting the extra bonus.
