Incomplete Report: Complete waste of time, communication was good before project was awarded, when awarded, he did not complete the project and have not responded to any of my messages. It seem like I have to beg him to complete the project. But I do not beg anyone, especially when I have to pay.

Comments: fastest ever and easy to work with. I usually have the same providers working on all of my projects but I had a deadline for a rebuild on a website and I was not able to get my other guy to reply to me. Maybe he is on vacation or was too busy. So, I accepted the bid from Condor and he did the job exactly as I asked. I even had a few minor things to fix on some existing sites and he offered to do it for free but I still paid him for his fast help. Thanks again Andrei. Good work. If my regular website designer is too busy for me, I will surely send more jobs your way. I am happy that you don't complain about the work or make excuses. You get the job done and you communicate without getting mad or personal. Very professional. Smart and friendly.
