Incomplete Report: if getafreelancer.com can introduce top 10 unreliable, unprofessional and unloyal providers list, he will be on top without any much problem because its his hobby to accept a project and disappear. a shame to our community and he is unfit to be selected for any project. highly not recommended

Incomplete Report: The project was for 50 reciprocal links. He put up 50 outgoing links from my site. I checked those sites and they didnt have any incoming links to my site. I asked him to provide the links to those pages with incoming links to my site. Havent heard anything since. That was 3 weeks ago.
