Comments: Our rating is provided on a factual basis: 1. He promised to deliver within 1 day and it took 4 days (we chased every day and he said he would deliver). 2. Said the delay was our fault i.e. the website he was doing the logo for was down (our project spec indicated that the logo should be designed without ref. to the website – as the website will be redesigned in line with the logo) 3. Was arrogant (when chased) and very unprofessional (his commitment to work is very questionable) 4. Has hounded and begged me to rate him 10 - constantly 5. The logos provided were not of a professional standard (albeit he did 7 instead of 2). 6. Had the audacity to state that his bid was in line with the quality of work. If you use him, you may get good work, you may not. As for us, we require professionalism at all levels. We will not be using him again. We have now requested this work to be done by another designer.
 » asaikiran1979's reply: Yes, I promised to deliver within a day. His site as specified in the project description (www.dholdrummers.com)was down and he did not specify what kind of logo he requires in the project description neither in the PM despite asking him several times in the PM. Suddenly he came 4 days later and asks me where is his logo? No communication from this person in these 4 days even when sent him several PM's at GAF. His project specc does not indicate that the logo should be designed without reference as you can visit the link and check yourself. People create logo's based on the website/business they are into and he says he will do business based on the kind of logo i create...FUNNY :-) (check his feedback). I gave him 7 logos as he specified that he wanted 2 more logos if not accepted. I gave him the best logo's. Check the quality of the logo he has on his website (www.dholdrummers.com) currently...! :-)

 » asaikiran1979's reply: This buyer only paid me after i gave him the completed file in access. I got connected to his PC remotely and even trained him on excel and access which was not part of the project. He released escrow only after me completing his work and then he wanted me to work extra and keeps on adding more and more work and says "today is not possible, will meet you later, i am sick now, internet not working here" etc reasons and later again reopened the project without my knowledge.....and again emailed me to work for him for same amount.....! He's already got a negative feedback......! BEWARE Providers.....!

Comments: Sai Kiran should be the MOST excellent provider in GAF! fast response, under budget, under estimated completion time, ask him to finish within one day and he won't finished the project with FIVE days! work VERY hard and understand the question COMPLETELY! nothing to question and finished with high quality. Would fix any little SMALL defects and won't tell you to "finish yourself, it is easy", nothing to follow up, no need to spend an hour for minor bugs fixing on YOUR OWN. Probably need to re-consider to hire such HIGH QUALITY provider.

Comments: Gave no indication from work that he had a clue how to complete the project. Had to get a friend to email me telling me "he" (the friend) was going to do it. Then the code was completed so bad, dreamweaver automatically stripped it out for improper use within the table. Was offered several opportunities to correct the form code. Did he? I have no idea because he got paid, and had no interest in fixing it when it didn't work on the server. I'm a very easy buyer, and them amount was piddling compared to what I spend every month. I provide straight forward project and personnally recommend you SAVE YOUR MONEY< SAVE YOUR TIME< FROM MY EXPERIENCE YOU ARE TAKING A BIG RISK with this guy!

This buyer keeps on adding additional work each and every time and wants additional work to be done for same amount, quickly and on priority. How is it POSSIBLE? Comments: I am not sure how to rate this project. It was alot of work, but asaikiran1979 was shown the project before hand. The job was advertised for 4 people, only two did the job. The job was to be finished in 10 days and it took 29. So I am glad the project is over.
