 » gdss's reply: The buyer assured me to put the money in escrow but he never done that. Without paying any money he need the full source code and tell me that he will pay me after few weeks. How i can trust him. For that reason only i told him that it is too risk to do the job like this.

 » gdss's reply: I really don't know what happened during the last year for this project. Since these project was handled by the previous team.

Incomplete Report: I awarded this project on Saturday, and he said, "Let me show you a demo on Monday." Monday, came, and he did not respond. On Thursday, he finally said, "Let me show you a demo tomorrow." Two days later, I still did not hear from him. So I emailed him again and said, "I am going to report a failed project if I do not hear from you." He said, "Please don't do that, I will show you a demo tomorrow." Once again, I believed him, and gave him 2 more days to show me a demo. He still failed to do so.
 » gdss's reply: He is good story teller. Since he asked for the demo under his server we asked him to escrow the money but he never done that. Be careful this guy

 » gdss's reply: This project was handled by the previous management team we recently bought over the company only this Jan 2009.
