Incomplete Report: Buyers beware. Not recommended. These guys are very irresponsible. Took 2 weeks to reply to our first E-mail. Then promptly demanded 100% upfront PRE PAYMENT. Never did or even started the project, then lied to GAF saying they had completed the job. We would not recommend them, deal with these people at your own risk.
 » shybkar's reply: We won this project May 5, 2009. We PMB them 05-05-2009 01:39 EDT and 05-06-2009 10:24 EDT, requesting project scope but did not respond. After 7 days they send first mail Tuesday, May 12, 2009 1:58 AM and request to fill up all personal and company details, we send them all details after that they send us 5 mail requesting to do project without escrow and We did not agree to start working without escrow fund at GAF. We got GAF negative balance with -$21 for the project. GAF Team mail us as, need to cancel the project, we did. After that they send mail with threaten us as, 'if we do not do their work without payment they would post bad remarks'. And they did it, putting negative feedback, although we never got NDA, never they escrow to start working. Getting our all personal and company details they simply cheat us. Are you really gentleman? You did not loose any fund and any valuable correspondent, how do you put bad remarks!!! Are you lire? Asked you please.

Incomplete Report: Caution, Never completes a job. I had him do two projects never completed either one. Always wants the money now, now, do not pay him until everything is tested and running you will be sorry. If you want the domain names of the un-complete sites email me at andy@pimpthatbed.com and I will show you. Do not recommend!!! Caution!!!

Taking full site at your server and you suddenly change your user name and password, your site is running successfully, here is the site: customtanningbed.com. You took ample time to make review after get 100% green signal to upload files at your server, we upload all files, now you are going to make blame! It is not fair. We are Service Provider always try to give our 200% to make happy our customer, unfortunately sometimes it is happening! We have data bank for your all chat session and email, if anyone want to know about the fact we can send all data to interested Service Buyer. Request to all Service Buyer, please message us or mail us to know about the fact. Andy we knew you are a gentleman, but what you have put here it is unexpected. PSD to CSS N/A 01-06-2009 -
Incomplete Report: I had given the job of converting a simple PSD to CSS, shybkar read the requirements and stated that he understood. Before the start of the job I put $50 in an Escrow account. When he sent me the final job the site looked complete but had large sections missing, also when viewed on different screen sizes the site displayed incorrectly and could not be used. I then sent shybkar screenshots of the errors but he said that is what I wanted. I told him I just want it to look like the PSD image file I sent him. At this stage shybkar refused & said it is as requested. I told him the job was urgent so can he do he said he has done to my requirements so I must release the funds. I offered him a % but he refused. The job is incomplete and I had to get another provider to redo the job. I request a full or partial refund as the job is not done.
 » shybkar's reply: Hello, You are a totally lair and scrapper. After getting our files you scrap them and told you had done all yourself and show us you have done it and told to refund your fund! How funny man! Look for our feedback, you simply cheat us.

Comments: This wasnt an easy project for Shyamal. The best advice we would give would be to ensure that your brief is very exact. Our design called for a flash expert and I can assure you all that what was designed was VERY good. My only concern was that non-flash enabled browsers was not catered for (hence the 9) and additional work is now required. Would recommend and hope to work with again.

Comments: Shybkar has done an incredible job on my website redesign. What I liked the most was the time he took asking questions about the project over google talk. We discussed for about an hour what I needed. I outlined what I needed and he had a nearly perfect template ready for review 2 days later. We discussed thoroughly over google talk what few problems needed to be fixed and he did exactly as I asked. Hiring Shybkar as your provider will save you time, money, and hassle.
