» HilaryJ's answer: I am a little saddened that I received a 9. This provider bid $100 on myproject and then later demanded $225. We finally agreed to a pay rate of $5.60 per hour, however when she was finished she demanded $7.76 I agreed to pay her $6.03 which was still more we agreed on. After all this hassle, I even gave her a perfect 10 rating as the work was superb, although she was quite difficult. I believe I deserve an 11 if anything and certainly not a 9.
