Comments: Project specifically said work needed to be completed by 9am eastern. Coder had approximately 8 hours to work on transcription of a 50 minute interview. At 9:15am, coder had less than half of transcription completed, yet swore he had worked on it for the entire 8 hours! Assured me it would be completed within another 8 hours (16 hours total for a 50 minute interview!!) but when I contacted him several times after 9am, he did not answer me. I would not recommend this coder for any projects because of the level of unprofessionalism, and the fact that he thought it was normal to say it would take 16 hours of nonstop working to complete a 50 minute audio transcription!

Comments: He is a responsible guy and technical professional. He showed supportive even he is willing to make change for me after the project is done and got paid. I do recommended him to my colleague and friends in the future.
