I will tell what I have already said in a previous feedback - Tes is one of the best developers/designers you can find on GAF. Comments: Tesfalem understood our needs right aways and provided similar examples of his prior work to convince us to select him. He completed the job as per the requirements. Communication with Tesfalem was fucntional, his english is average but it was sufficient. He delivered slightly out of schedule but he was reachable even over week-ends.
