I gave my project to this person, and upon successful completion released the payment. Me and the programmer were in G-Chat while the work is being performed. After releasing the funds I told the provider to check if he received the funds. Provider said he did, and FORCED me to RANK 10 out of 10. It raised me a question and in the Chat I told the provider that I will give him the rating he deserve. WITHIN A MINUTE HE BROUGHT MY SITE DOWN AND THREATENED me it will only come back up after a rating of 10 out of 10. I would be glad to provide the GAF staff with the transcript of the CHAT and an E-Mail from the provider that he brought my site down. I would like to request GAF to BAN this kind of provider from providing service in the future.
