Incomplete Report: This provider is just simply RUDE: He kept ignoring our PM's, and NEVER even started working on the project. We chose him because of his high rating and comments - which makes no sense after we've seen the true nature of SachinBhatt. Our advice is - Stay AWAY from this provider, he's uncommunicative, and will keep ignoring. If you do make the mistake and start working with this provider - do NOT transfer any payment until you'll see results.
 » SachinBhatt's reply: It's very unfortunate that this project is cancelled. And I also understand the frustration of the buyer. But he might not be aware of the fact that our company was closed for hardware and software maintenance from Dec 26 to Jan 3, though I had sent and email to all my existing and prospective clients informing of the same. I'm not sure whether he received my email or not. I assume he had not received my email, or the email was lost in lots of "Merry Xmas" emails, otherwise he should not be expected my emails during that period. We always believe that communication is very important for outsourced projects, and usually I'm in touch with all my clients on daily basis, by email, IM, telephone, and mobile. We are so popular just because we care for our clients.

Comments: If you need a bunch of links and postings established, than this is your guy. Only complaint is that he took a little while longer then was quoted on the project scope. However, it could be that he was ensuring quality work, which rest assured, was definitely quality work.
