Comments: I have a very high standard. I worked for a good IT consulting firm so I know how to code and how a project should be sold and managed. Communication is responsive. MBarb's English sounds native. She works with developers in India. My project has a specific technical requirements - integrating PayPal CC processing w/ BOTH IPN and PDT implementation. The initial code delivery included only working IPN implementation. Later, PDT implementation was delivered, sort of. I was able to find better PDT implementation w/ fraud checking (which their code lacks) on the net with a link that I have provided them during sale negotiation. I implemented the more robust design instead. The developers did not have a PayPal sandbox for testing. There is no way for them to show me that their code works. Would I use MBarb again? Maybe. If the project is not time sensitive and I have create a more detailed project requirement, then I would consider them.
