Comments: I have to say that initially i was very sceptical about the freelancer system. However from start to finish we didnt encounter a single problem: communication was excellent and even though my own skills are limited in this field i was never made to feel anything other than comfortable. She was able to create good looking banners that matched the existing site's design (which has a different style from any I had seen in her portfolio.) Her design for the new site was exactly what I wanted. She started by asking me for web pages whose design I liked. Her first mockup encapsulated every element I liked. We worked from there to make the design exactly how I liked it. She worked relentlessly until I was pleased with the product. I will definitely ask Poonam to work on any future projects.
