Incomplete Report: Proeject developer named Sumit was paid $125 to complete the website for cwsresources.com. Developer partially completed the job and was paid $125 under the impression that the remaining work would be completed in a tiemly manner. Since January the developer has failed to complete the site and when he reached difficulty in developing a form for the site he reverted to payment for another project not related to CWS. Developer postd CWS's source code on his server and closed access of the soure code from CWS. Developer is an inompetent and irresponsible developer.

Incomplete Report: The provider promised to give me updates withing three days then every time I asked there were more excuses. I gave three weeks and there is nothing done!!!

Incomplete Report: Avoid this guy, stated he could complete project within less than 2 days , over 21 days nothing. Total waste of time , did not even understand project requirement and copy and pasted other people work.
