Comments: Based on a rating scale where 5 is average, 7.5 is good and 10 is excellent, I would rate the provider KPRITSolutions a 6. This rating is based on the simplicity of the project in both scope and technical aptitude required as well as customer service and communication skills. In the end, the project was completed 90% of project scope after much back-and-forth in regards to feasibility and the replication of a clean layout from an example website. KPRITSolutions would have been rated a 7 or higher if their project manager didn’t assert that logical coding techniques like non-fixed width navigation tabs via CSS were technically infeasible. After php code was received post payment, I noticed a few coding techniques that I would have not employed so I made some updates and finished the last 10% myself by updating some elements of the navigation to encompass the original project scope. At this juncture, I would rate KPRITSolutions slightly above average as a GAF provider.

There was clearly define "No graphic design work required" & he totally spend my one week in only graphic design work that was not in scope. After all i was done all graphic design and template coding work for him.... And for "un proper project details" and "out of scope work" i can give him 5 points GAF ...
