Comments: I believe this person really tried but did not have the knowledge to complete the project he bid on. I hate to give anyone a negitive report, but also hate to see someone else pay a programmer that is not able to preform what he said he could accomplished. The .asp SQL database pages he attempted to update have cause me serious efforts to fix.
