Comments: Shattenjagger is honest and fast and understanding. I have been a member of getafreelancer for a couple of years and I have been keeping an eye on it but was afraid to do any business here because I did not know if it is safe etc. Working with Shattenjager was my first experience and it has been nothing but positive with lots of humor and witt, crossing cultural and language barriers from halfway across the globe. Project was finished in a couple of hours, but we were delayed by other developer and had to wait on him to respond. Shattenjager waited patiently for the response and completed job ASAP. I paid him more than what the bid was because of his extra effort and because I am so impressed with his work. I will definitely deal with him with future projects.

Incomplete Report: Really bad. Agreed upon daily reports, instead after several days only once wrote that a part is done, then stopped communicating at all. At least he cancelled the payment by himself after 10 wasted days. If you choose this coder, get ready for having your time wasted without any explanation in the end.

Incomplete Report: I didn't get feeback from Shattenjagger after several reminders to him to complete the project. I tried to contact him by Skype and PM without to get feedback, and this make me more uncomfortable where i need to complete the project immediately. I need to do the project completed as soon as possible, such that i will find a new replacer to do this job.

Incomplete Report: Shattenjagger has promised 12 hours of delivery adn was awarded the project the 28 of december. Today the 10. of January it is still not compleated. He needed acess to our server, FTP and even a Joomla Admin. I have now been forced to change all theses passwords and open a dispute on it! He claimed 12 hours would be enough but apparently that was just a claim. He has been VERY hard to get a hold of, he is somtimes more than 48 hours of replying to mails and claim he never gets them. I trusted him even though he had a few failed projects, I ALWAYS gave him more time....
 » Shattenjagger's reply: First of all. I asked him to give me access to the Joomla, where he want to keep it. He had disappeared for a 3 days. He had returned. Okey, nice. I shaped the design into slices and fitted it up. After that I asked him to install modules, coz his design layout is very custom and has unique headers for each modules he wants. Okey. He had disappeared for a week again. After that he had returned and told me - that I have 24 hours to do it, or he will cancel the project. This was today at morning. Closer to the evening I got an email - that project was marked as incompleted. Man, I'm not a mage. I can't read yours mind. What I'm telling to you - you need to do it. If you want to get it quick, then do it quick. And there no else way.

Incomplete Report: NOTE: Shattenjagger has no fault to the cancellation of this project whatsoever. Shattenjagger is a very kind, sincere person. I hope to be able to work with him in the future. I cancelled this project since I decided later on that I want to do this project by myself for several reasons. I didn't work with Shattenjagger on the project, but by now I know which programmers are good and which are bad. I believe Shattenjagger is a A++ provider!
