Incomplete Report: Unfortunately I had to cancel this project. I was told a few times that the project would be finished by a certain date, but that never happened. The provided requested site log-on details mulitple times even though I had already given all the details in my very first email- there seems to be a communication issue with them. It appears the provider did not even start this project and after wasting around 3 weeks of my time I had to cancel the project.

Comments: well, the project start off very well but it did not ended according to the specification. For example, I had been requesting the banner to be done for the width of 800px, but they keep on sending me the output file with the width of 1000px 3 times in a row within a period of 6 hours, while telling me it had been done! Very odd. But, if you like some fast communication, they can be it.

Comments: Provides good work. I rate an 8 because the website wasn't quite how I wanted it. It seemed they rushed through to get it done and didn't do everything I asked them. But for being rushed, they still delivered a very professional website that I'm still happy with, I just would like it if they were more precise on delivering what I want next time. I recommend them though, and I think you'll be happy with them.
